Admission Process

First, we recommend you visit the school during opening hours where you will have a chance to talk with a member of the leadership team, see the classes in action and ask any questions you may have of admissions. Once you have decided to apply, there is an assessment stage which takes the form of a playdate (or provision of video for children outside of the UAE) under 8 years old, and a CAT4 assessment (online or in person) for children aged 8 - 18 years.

Extra Curricular Activities

Brighton College Dubai is proud to offer its pupils more than 200 choices for co-curricular pursuits. These reflect the diverse skills, interests and enthusiasms of our community, and ensure that pupils enjoy a well-rounded educational experience from which they can draw influence and inspiration long after they have left us.

The school's commitment to the world beyond the classroom is a key element of our wider curriculum.

Sporting activities include netball, football, swimming and a range of dance from ballet to jazz to modern, whilst cultural activities include Sheikh Zayed Club, Speakers Corner, Choir and the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Pupils can also explore a wide range of skill-building pursuits such as No-heat Cookery, Coding, Origami, Cheerleading and Arabic Calligraphy. In the academic year 2022/23 we introduced some exciting off-site offerings including Golf at the Montgomerie Hotel, Rowing at Monty's Rowing School, the Palm, Horse Riding in Sustainable City and Sailing at Sofitel, the Palm. We are also offering an onsite CCA provided by BODA (British Overseas Dramatic Arts).

We encourage our pupils to try something new each term, to enable them to broaden their outlook and to enjoy developing new skills as they do so.
